Basic Information
Each Commission begins at Tier One: “The Start Up Commission” package, with an option to upgrade Tiers. Please see below for specific Tier outlined features per package.
Estimations of turn around time can depend on factors such as amount of detail, size, or hours required. A better estimate can be given once the idea is thought out.
Price of finished work depends on similar factors such as detail, hours invested, and material cost.
Communication through email is best to get the process started. We can communicate through phone call or other ways of communication depending on location.
Shipping is available under certain size restraints.

- Artwork sealed and varnished for long-term protection
- Digital photographs of the completed artwork for your records

Tier 2: Essentials Commission
Includes:
- All features from Tier 1
- Artwork gets a unique title by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated
- Reproduction rights withheld, ensuring the piece remains a true collector’s exclusive (no prints or reproductions will be made)
- Optional handmade floater frame, designed and fabricated by the artist
An elevated experience for collectors who value exclusivity and craftsmanship.
Price: +25% add on cost from negotiated Base Price.

Tier 3: Collector’s Commission
Includes:
- All features from Tier 2
- A short 3–8 minute process video capturing the evolution of the artwork from blank canvas to completion
- A signed Artist Statement Card, detailing the inspiration, concept, and techniques used in the creation
- A 10% off coupon next commissioned painting
A refined and personal experience for the dedicated collector who appreciates the story behind the art.

Tier 4: Legacy Commission
Includes:
- All features from Tier 3
- An optional in-person meeting between the artist and client to share the stories, motivations, and inspirations behind the commissioned work
- A cinematic, documentary-style film capturing the full journey — from concept and early sketches to process and final reveal, featuring artist voice-over narration
- A personalized delivery or private unveiling experience, tailored for an intimate gathering or larger celebration
- An optional original poem written by the artist, reflecting the inspiration and emotion behind the piece
A once-in-a-lifetime creative experience — a true heirloom commission that immortalizes the collector’s story through art, film, and writing.
